Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. 2019 I achieved a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. I helped establish the powerlifting team for the school and was a teaching assistant for Nutrition courses. After undergrad I traveled domestically and internationally as a Nutrition Coach and Weight Cut specialist with the USVI (United States Virgin Islands) Powerlifting team and Collegiate level USAPL (USA Powerlifting) athletes.
After a car accident requiring shoulder surgery I went through my first round of Physical Therapy. I fell in love with San Diego after visiting in 2022. I was quickly introduced to Rehab United by friends and family. Been working as a physical therapy aide primarily at the Kearny Mesa location. I am pursuing a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy.
