Fitness At Your Own Pace

Fit4Life is an exercise class for older adults who want to lead active, independent lives with less pain, less fear of falling, and fewer injuries. In each 60-minute class we generally spend about 20-30 minutes on warm up and mobility followed by a different “move at your own pace” workout each visit.
