This program is designed for those transitioning out of physical therapy, anyone looking to get started on a low-intensity fitness regimen, or clients age 50+ who are looking to live an active lifestyle. Begin with understanding this program's features below.

Mobility is the active range of motion in which a joint can perform movements. Our Fit4Life Program emphasizes joint mobility in order to:

FLEXIBILITY
