We're Here to Help
This class is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to fitness warriors. Our coaches will adapt the workouts to your ability level; each movement can be modified to be more or less challenging depending on where you’re at in your fitness journey. We recommend keeping an open line of communication with your coach.
We have free on-site parking! Fit Societe is located in Kearny Mesa in San Diego. Our gym is conveniently located near the neighborhoods of Clairemont, Serra Mesa, Linda Vista, and Mission Valley.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your first class so you can get signed-in with our front office team. Bring your water bottle; we have a refill station with filtered water. The class will begin with a conditioning circuit, followed by strength training, and finishing with our “sweat” high-intensity circuit. We welcome you to wind-down after class with stretching and foam rolling.
