Fit Societe in Kearny Mesa provides personal training and group fitness classes. Our LivFit classes combine functional strength and cardio workouts to help with muscle gain and weight management. Our Fit4Life classes are low-impact, focusing on building mobility and stability for beginners, older adults, and those transitioning out of physical therapy. Our performance coaches, including personal trainers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, offer customized fitness plans.

Our Kearny Mesa gym is our original San Diego location, opening its doors back in 2016. Fit Societe’s Kearny Mesa location is a full-body gym furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, offering both indoor and outdoor workout spaces along with free on-site parking. Located on Ruffin Road between Aero Drive and Balboa Ave., just west of I-15, we are conveniently located near the Clairemont, Serra Mesa, Tierrasanta, and Mission Valley neighborhoods.
