LA MESA

Our La Mesa gym is housed within Rehab United, our parent brand’s physical therapy clinic. Located off the Fletcher Parkway exit on CA-125N, between Office Depot and Trek in the Grossmont Trolley Center, our La Mesa facility is the largest of all three, and closest to East County residents. This space hosts two open gym floors and over 60 feet of turf to reduce pressure on your joints while working out. We offer personal training, group fitness classes - LivFit and Fit4Life, and specialty classes; provided by our Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists and fitness coaches.
