Yoga FIT is available to everyone, regardless of your physical ability and is a great complement to our workouts here at Fit Societe. Coach Krista works with you on mobility, balance, and overall body awareness, which is helpful for everyone from elite athletes to someone who just wants to improve their quality of life through physical activity. We like to tell people there are no pre-qualifications for yoga, you just need to be able to breathe. Krista has the ability to teach people who are recovering from injuries or surgeries, people with disabilities, triathletes, runners and more. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga or have been doing it for 10 years, this class will have something for you!
