Coach Nicole’s class blends vinyasa flow (breath linked with movement) and holding more traditional stretches to give you a complete workout. This is an all-levels class, so for those new to yoga, do not be discouraged to give it a try! Nicole offers modifications, demos, and verbal instructions to lead even the newest yogi into a safe and grounded practice. It is also perfect for those with advanced training and those looking for the perfect complement to their Fit Societe workout!
