College Soccer DEVELOPMENT
Monday / Wednesday
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Our College Soccer Development Program is designed for athletes to prepare the mind and body for the upcoming college season. This program will take a 3 dimensional approach to soccer-specific training that will build strength, speed, and agility. Jeff Praino-Miller, former San Diego Flash Pro, has taken his knowledge of soccer and strength and conditioning to make the most effective workouts and prepare athletes for their goals.

RU COLLEGE SPORT DEVELOPMENT
Monday / Wednesday
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Strength and Conditioning program geared for all aspects of performance enhancement and injury prevention for athletes of ALL sports. Recommended age 16+.
