Knowing some goals and expectations have the possibility to change over time or in an instant. This is part of periodization and training progression with all athletes.

Our coaches progress our athletes in a number of ways by making different modifications and enhancements to your independent program by increasing Time/Length of work out,

 

Repetitions per work out, and load or total weight moved throughout the time of the workout. These progressions will be based on your Continued development and progression with your Coaches and based off of your overall fitness goals.
