  1. We'll go over your fitness bio. What you have done, where you have been, how you feel now, what you want to feel like, look like, etc.
     

  2. We'll discuss your overall goals. Weight loss? Strength Training? Why you are looking for a new gym?
     

  3. One of our certified coaches will take you through a comprehensive 3D Movement Assessment to establish any inconsistencies or areas that need most attention first.
