Week 8!



Alright team. It's week 8 and the end of the challenge is in sight. You have worked so hard to get to this point, but we are not done yet! This week is going to be all about INTENSITY! In the final week of the challenge you will be pushed hard. These workouts will be a test of what you have been working on to this point. Challenge yourself and go into each class with a good healthy, positive mindset and know that you have done something great for yourself just showing up. Although showing up is great, its not what makes change. Pushing yourself to limits you have never been will challenge you both physically and mentally. That is our goal!


Although it is the last week of the Fit Challenge, this should only the beginning for you. It's the catalyst you have been searching for in order to make the change in your life you have so desperately been seeking. You have accomplished so much in just 7 weeks, imagine what we could do with a year. Stop making excuses for yourself and commit to your health. Let us continue to help motivate, educate, and guide you through a life changing journey of fitness. What you do now determines what happens to you in future.
