While our group classes can be scaled to your individual skills and fitness needs, the written workouts are designed to cater to the group's collective fitness and are not completely customized to your unique body. Our Personal Training sessions allow our coaches to create a program that focuses just on YOU, your body, and your skills at your own pace

If you have specific goals or want to improve on specific skills such as Olympic weight lifting, cardio-respiratory endurance, or just improving your overall form to be more successful in a group class, then personal training is the program for you.
