The lunge is such a versatile movement that we can switch up by incorporating pivots and multiple planes of motion as well as adding different drivers to vary and facilitate specific biomechanical reactions, whether that's to help with injury prevention or even just increasing the intensity for performance. These variations are great for warm-ups, circuit exercises, or even mobility and recovery.

Congratulations to Cory Lozano for being our overall Assault Bike Calorie Challenge winner. Let's see if March brings a few more competitors! Remember, you have 1 calendar month to complete as many calories as possible on the assault bike. These calories can be completed in class or on your own at the gym before or after class. Each month runs from the 1st to the end of the month.
Cory hit the goal of 1000 calories and completed 1311 calories in just 3 weeks in February. I can only imagine what he can burn with a little more competition and a full month. Let's see who can top that!
Way to go, Cory!
