What is the Assault Bike Challenge?
The Assault Bike Challenge is a high-intensity fitness event designed to challenge participants on the notorious Assault Air Bike. Complete as many calories on the assault bike as possible within a month. It is up to you to keep track, and be honest! Calories can be accumulated in class, on your own, after class, or any time during open gym. This is purely an honor system and we want to see who can set the bar for the rest of the year. We will have a top male and female winner!
Push Your Limits: The Assault Bike Challenge is the perfect opportunity to go beyond your comfort zone and regular gym routine.
