Shoulder mobility and stability are important factors in not only athletic performance, but injury prevention. Although many of us have experienced shoulder pain, either from daily activities or sports, there are plenty of exercises to mend this pain and prevent it; one being the 3D Shoulder Pendulum. Leslie is an avid rower and hiker, competing in regattas around the country and locally here in San Diego. Leslie trains 2x a week at Fit Societe with an emphasis on strength and power in order to keep her strong and injury-free. Leslie is also a trained search and rescue personnel with her dogs Scout and Xavi, so we focus a lot on those functional and real-world specific physical skills needed to guide and control her dogs during searches. Leslie is a strong member of our community with her welcoming attitude and continuous hard work. She motivates others in the gym and always has a smile on her face. We appreciate her and all she has accomplished in her time here at Fit Societe so far!
