Introducing Our Newest Program!
The Mommy Fit class is open to ALL prenatal and postpartum women or any women who need help developing their pelvic core strength. At Mommy Fit you be learning to brace your core utilizing inter abdominal pressure properly. For postpartum women it is designed to help them get back into the gym or whatever physical activity they enjoy. It also provides a safe space to have a baby with you to avoid the cost of childcare. It also gives them the opportunity to interact with other moms. Coach Lindsy Nechak can easily customize workouts for mom’s in all different stages of pregnancy and or postpartum recovery. Each day we will have core work, strength, and conditioning.

About Coach Lindsy
Lindsy is originally from Ojai, CA and moved to San Diego in @016 with her husband. She spent 6 years on active duty for the US Army, has a bachelors in business administration, is a CrossFit Level 1 coach, Birth Fit Coach, And an ISSA Personal Trainer. Lindsy has a great passion for helping others reach their goals and has made a career of coaching and training others. While pregnant with her daughter in 2018 Lindsy found BirthFit and is now helping train women in all stages of motherhood.
