About this Gym

Our Escondido gym is easy to find, located in the Makena Medical Building just two buildings south of the famous Stone Brewery.

Our Philosophy

We take a unique functional approach to fitness by combining the expertise of physical therapists with the knowledge of our fitness coaches to create workouts that focus on the natural movements of the body in a safe but equally effective way.
