Our Kearny Mesa gym is located on Ruffin Road between Aero Drive and Balboa Ave., just west of I-15.

Our Philosophy

We take a unique functional approach to fitness by combining the expertise of physical therapists with the knowledge of our fitness coaches to create workouts that focus on the natural movements of the body in a safe but equally effective way.
