LIV FIT

LivFit is an exercise class for athletes of any level, that incorporates performance strength and cardio fitness paths. This program is designed to develop an athlete's strength, mobility, and performance, as well as provide an overall strong foundation for either path chosen. Choose cardio, strength, or a little of both! Workouts can be scaled to any level to ensure comfortability and success.

FIT 4 LIFE

Fit4Life is an exercise class for older adults who want to lead active, independent lives with less pain, less fear of falling, and fewer injuries. In each 60-minute class we generally spend about 20-30 minutes on warm up and mobility followed by a different “move at your own pace” workout at each visit. Interested in trying a class?
