Alexa Johnson

Alexa was born and raised in San Diego. Due to being a local San Diegan her whole life she has always been very active. She can be found camping, paddle boarding, on a hike or splashing in the waves with her dog at the local dog beaches.

Alexa has always had a passion for health and wellness. Alongside playing Volleyball & Softball while growing up, her primary passion has been in Karate. She has been in Karate since the age of 4, has raised through the ranks, received

four black belts and recently, successfully, received her Master’s Certificate in Tang Soo Do & also has had for many years her Teaching Certificate in Tang Soo Do.

Not only is Alexa part of Rehab United’s wonderful front office team at the La Mesa location, she’s also volunteered on the Physical Therapy floor while exploring her passion for which direction in the medical field she wants to take next. Alexa is going to continue to be a friendly face at La Mesa not only in the front office, but also is very excited to get to work with patients back on the floor while teaching her Self Defense Classes.
